  2. Permitted Use. You may access the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes and for legitimate business communication with Marlines. Scraping, mass downloading, reverse-engineering and unauthorised commercial use are prohibited.
  3. Applications and submissions are processed per our Privacy Policy and KVKK Aydınlatma Metni. You warrant that submitted information is accurate and does not infringe any third-party rights.
  4. No recruitment fees. Marlines does not request payment from seafarers as a condition of recruitment or placement. Report any such fraudulent request to operation@marlinesmaritime.com.
  5. Third-party links. Marlines is not responsible for the content or practices of linked third-party sites.
  6. Disclaimer. Content is provided in good faith for general information. Certifications, statistics and policies may change; the version in force at the date of enquiry is authoritative.
  7. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, Marlines is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Website.
  8. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts of Istanbul (Bakırköy) shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection or data protection remedies.
